My responsibilities include all areas of compliance for SYKON Capital. I have worked with broker-dealers, investment advisors, and hybrids of the two at CitiGroup Smith Barney, D.A. Davidson, and M Securities. Prior to entering the securities industry, I was the Marketing Director at a northwest-based real estate firm. I have earned and actively hold the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Profession (IACCP®) certification.
My strong background in compliance, regulatory audits, and my passion for organization are vital to my role as CCO. With the rare combination of having been both a compliance officer and a marketing professional, I am able to integrate the worlds of regulation and the sharing of information in easy-to-understand communications.
I am a proud native of Oregon. My husband and I reside in Portland, and our daughter attends the University of Oregon. We are an avid basketball family. I am also obsessed with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. I am a patron of the Be Like Josh Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and advocacy of dogs with neurological disabilities.
